Industry town hall

The Town Hall

Where the trade writes its own record. Members publish articles on the law, the market and everyday enforcement, and every approved article is open to discussion. Alongside them sits our desk’s log of reported enforcement — arrests, raids, traffic stops and DUI checkpoints.

Every entry carries its sources and runs through the same automated checks as our legal reporting. A member article appears once an editor has approved it; an incident reaches the log automatically only when two independent publishers carry the same report.

Step 1

Filed by a member

A signed-in member writes an article for the trade, or logs a reported enforcement incident, and attaches the sources behind it.

Step 2

Automated source checks

Every citation is retrieved and checked. Authorship is recorded as a signal for an editor, never as a verdict, and corroboration is counted from distinct publisher domains.

Step 3

Opened by the desk

An editor confirms the citations before an article is published here, and the discussion opens with it. Incident reports reach the log on their own once two independent publishers carry them.

Member articles

Written by members of the trade in their own words. Every published article carries its citation cards and an open discussion thread, so read the sources and join in.

Enforcement incident log

The desk’s record of reported enforcement in the cannabis and hemp trade, filed with the reporting behind it. Our sweep reads new reporting every half hour: an incident is added automatically only when its citations are complete and two independent publishers carry it. Anything less waits for an editor.

Reading the incident log

Incident entries record enforcement that has been reported by named publishers. An arrest, a raid or a stop is an allegation or an action, not a finding of guilt, and entries here are not legal advice. Where a case is pending, read the cited sources for its current status.
